Role: Cluster Hotel Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €65000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Cluster Hotel Manager in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee multiple properties, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading high-performing teams.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of all assigned properties.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Work closely with department heads to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or as an Operations manager/Deputy General Manager
• Strong leadership and commercial management skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
