Weddings and Events Executive – €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a talented Weddings and Events Executive for a well-established hospitality venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, creative, and customer-focused professional to join a successful team and play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships from the initial enquiry through to the successful execution of each event, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and the highest levels of service.

As the Weddings and Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing weddings, corporate functions, and special events. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure every event is planned and delivered to the highest standard while maximising revenue opportunities for the business.

The Duties

  • Manage wedding and event enquiries from initial contact through to completion.

  • Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation.

  • Coordinate all event details with clients and internal departments.

  • Liaise with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Accommodation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of hotel services.

  • Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of event schedules and booking systems.

  • Attend and oversee weddings and events when required to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue’s products and services and represent the business professionally at all times.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in a Weddings, Events, Sales, or similar hospitality role, or be ready to step forward in your career.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel or event booking systems is desirable.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
