The Noel Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality group for an experienced and commercially driven Hotel Business Development Executive to support two well-established 4-star hotel properties in Dublin and Kildare.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth across corporate, group, conference, leisure, and events markets while developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities of a Hotel Business Development Executive:
- Generate, qualify, and convert new business leads.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, rates, and group agreements.
- Develop new revenue streams and grow existing business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate accounts.
- Coordinate group, leisure, golf, and tour operator business.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) sales.
- Increase occupancy and bedroom revenue across both properties.
- Work alongside revenue management teams to maximise ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR performance.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, and industry organisations.
Responsibilities of a Hotel Business Development Executive:
- Previous hotel sales experience, particularly within Corporate, Group, and MICE segments.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A proven history of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A full clean driving licence is desirable.
