Experienced General Operative – Picking & Packing | Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting an experienced General Operative for a busy warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working independently to meet daily targets and deadlines.

The Role

• Accurate picking and packing of orders
• Working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ensuring all orders are prepared to a high standard and ready for dispatch
• Meeting strict daily deadlines and productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area
• Using initiative to manage workload effectively throughout the day

Requirements

• Previous picking and packing experience is essential
• Proven experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards
• Reliable, motivated, and consistent work ethic
• Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience working to daily targets and deadlines
