The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Chef in Cork City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to join a busy and well-established hospitality operation known for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment.

The Duties

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards.
• Support the daily operations of the kitchen in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and food preparation planning.
• Work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist with menu preparation and daily specials where required.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and all health & safety procedures.
• Support and collaborate with kitchen colleagues to maintain an efficient working environment.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Previous kitchen experience within a busy hospitality environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience.
