The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Co. Wicklow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence, strong financial performance, and a positive working culture.

The Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and professionally resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Monitor stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations.
  • Drive team engagement and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Assist with promotions, events, and initiatives to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
