The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Operations Manager in Co. Sligo.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading day-to-day hotel operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing operational performance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest service standards across the business.
Our client is a well-established hospitality operation with an excellent reputation for service excellence, team culture, and guest experience. They are seeking a motivated and hands-on manager who can bring strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a proactive approach to the role.
The Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality business to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and support departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance.

Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and operational targets.

Assist with budgeting, stock control, and cost management procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and company policies.

Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Experience managing operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
