Accountant

Job description

We have a unique opportunity for an Accountant (by qualification or experience) who can do the day to day accounting but also drive AI automation within the finance department.

Our client is in the entertainment/hospitality industry, they are growing and very keen to build a fit fur purpose automated finance function.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Month end, GL and Fixed Assets
• Tax filing and compliance
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Support payroll
• Building automation tools using Claude, Chat GPT or similar

Minimum requirements:

• Based in Dublin (or close to) and ability to be in the office 3 days per week
• Valid right to work (work permit not supported / Stamp 1g not suitable)
• End to end accounting experience in high volume environment e.g hospitality/retail
• A whiz at implementing AI solutions with demonstratable examples
