Noel Group is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Co. Kildare.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join a high-performing kitchen team within one of Ireland’s leading luxury hospitality destinations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities of a Chef de Partie
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to consistently excellent standards
- Take responsibility for a designated section within the kitchen
- Support senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet 5-star hotel standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements of a Chef de Partie
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to progress
- Experience working in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in busy kitchen
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
