Salary: €39,000 per annum
Accommodation Available – €70 per week
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Chef de Partie for a well-established hospitality property based in Ennistymon, Co. Clare.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your designated kitchen section while maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, consistency in food quality, and adherence to all HACCP and food safety procedures. This role is ideal for a chef looking to further develop their career within a professional hospitality environment.
The Duties
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation standards.
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff when required.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
The Must Requirements to be Considered
- Must have experience in Hospitality.
- Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
- Previous experience within a hotel, restaurant, or busy hospitality kitchen.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
- Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
