Restaurant Manager
The Burren
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a renowned hospitality venue based in The Burren.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and strong team performance.

You will lead and motivate the front-of-house team while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong wine knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for hospitality to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to progress their career within a high-quality hospitality environment.

The Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee reservations, staffing levels, and daily operational planning.
  • Provide expert wine recommendations and support wine service standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and hospitality regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
  • Strong wine knowledge and experience within a restaurant environment.
  • Previous experience managing a busy restaurant or hospitality venue.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food, wine, and hospitality excellence.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
