The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury hospitality property based in Cork at Castlemartyr Resort.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated kitchen section while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes in line with the resort’s standards.

You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role is ideal for a motivated chef looking to further develop their culinary career within a professional luxury hospitality environment.

The Duties

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation standards.
  • Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Assist with stock rotation and minimising food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff when required.

The Must-Requirements to be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
  • Previous experience within a hotel, resort, or busy restaurant kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and high standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
