General Maintenance Technican

Noel Group are recruiting a Maintenance Technician for an onsite role with a large multinational based in Dublin 15.

This is a hands role where the candidate will be responsible for fabrication activities including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.

The role will suit someone who has experience providing inhouse maintenance across one or several of these areas and has competence to perform the others.

There is huge scope for further learning and development within this large organisation.

Main responsibilities:

• Electrical installations and repairs such as changing light bulbs, switches, sockets
• Plumbing work such as unblocking drains and sanitaryware and repairing pipes
• HVAC work such as cleaning, changing filters
• General building maintenance such as painting, changing locks, litter picking, clearing walkaways etc

Minimum requirements:

• Living within a short commute of Dublin 15
• Hold a valid work permit (Stamp 1G, unless spousal cannot be accepted)
• Previous experience working as a tradesperson or a general maintenance role
• Qualification in electrical or plumbing
