Bar Manager

Noel group are recruiting a Bar Manager for our client, a well established high end bar and restaurant near Letterkenny.

A venue that is highly rated on sites such as Tripadvisor, the role will suit someone with previous bar and food management experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure all health, hygiene and safety standards are met
• Manage the bar, bar staff and all the activities within, making sure that high standards are consistently met
• Manage stock levels including ordering and stock rotations
• Work with venue management to help develop initiatives to upsell and increase profits

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar venue either as a supervisor or manager
• Living within a reasonable commute of Letterkenny
