Position: Restaurant Supervisor Location: Cork Airport Salary: €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished client in the hospitality sector recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor at Cork Airport.

This represents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to transition into a supervisory capacity within a dynamic, high-volume setting. The ideal candidate will facilitate the operational management of the restaurant, upholding superior service delivery and effective team coordination.

Our client is an established and well-respected hospitality provider recognised for maintaining consistent quality standards and service excellence, particularly in high-traffic airport locations.

The Role

  • Facilitate the operational management of the restaurant during busy airport periods
  • Direct, inspire, and oversee front-of-house personnel to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Guarantee adherence to service protocols, sanitation requirements, and health & safety compliance
  • Contribute to staff development, induction procedures, and capability assessments
  • Track inventory levels and facilitate procurement and stock administration
  • Address guest concerns and grievances with professionalism and promptness
  • Partner with senior management to optimise operational performance and service delivery
  • Maintain seamless handovers between shifts and promote effective team communication

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 04:00 am – 12:30 pm
  • Week 2: 12:00 noon – 8:30 pm
  • 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

Requirements to be Considered

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality sector required
  • Proven background in a comparable position or demonstrated readiness to progress in their career
  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and time management abilities
  • Capability to perform effectively in a high-paced, demanding setting
  • Availability for early morning and evening shift schedules
  • Based in Ireland with authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support unavailable
