Breakfast Supervisor
Salary: €32,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Breakfast Supervisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and service-driven hospitality professional to take ownership of the breakfast service within a busy hotel environment. The successful candidate will lead the morning team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

The Role

• Oversee and manage the daily breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver high service standards
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented to the highest quality
• Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate cover for early shifts
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas

Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up in their career
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
