Restaurant Supervisor – Cork Airport
Salary: €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Restaurant Supervisor in Cork Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth team coordination.

Our client is a well-established and reputable hospitality operator known for delivering consistent quality and service excellence, particularly in high-footfall locations.

The Role

• Support the daily management of restaurant operations within a busy airport environment
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all service standards, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are consistently met
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory control
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Work closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency and service quality
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and clear communication across teams

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 04:00 am – 12:30 pm
• Week 2: 12:00 noon – 8:30 pm
• 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up in their career
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work early morning and evening shifts
• Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
