Food & Beverage Duty Manager
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager in South Dublin.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience
- Oversee all F&B operations and staff on duty
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Supervise service across restaurants, bars, and front-of-house areas
- Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and labour budgets
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards
- Ensure SOPs, service standards, and presentation are consistently followed
- Monitor stock, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Record and report incidents, ensuring proper follow-up
What You’ll Need
- Experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Good understanding of stock control, labour management, and SOPs
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
