The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious and culturally significant client in Dublin to recruit a Head of Food & Beverage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead a unique Café/Bar operation, shaping guest experience while driving operational and commercial success.
As Head of Food & Beverage, you will take full responsibility for the development and delivery of all food and beverage services within a high-profile venue. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, enhance the overall guest journey, and support sustainable, innovative growth through strong operational and financial management.
Responsibilities of Head of Food & Beverage:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the strategic direction of the food and beverage offering.
- Promote a culture of warm, inclusive, and high-quality hospitality.
- Ensure consistent service standards across all areas of the operation.
- Continuously review and improve the customer journey, focusing on accessibility, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and inclusive, sustainable food offerings.
- Support ethical sourcing, waste reduction, and environmentally conscious practices.
- Support the delivery of revenue, margin, and cost control targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team.
- Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence, working key operational shifts including evenings and weekends.
Requirements of Head of Food & Beverage:
- Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience in high-volume, customer-focused environments
- Knowledge of HACCP and relevant compliance standards
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and guest experience

- Salary package of €44,000 – €54,000 per annum DOE
