Supply Chain and Logistics Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued expansion and strong client demand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Supply Chain & Logistics division.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a sales-led environment and is motivated by building a profitable desk. You will play a key role in developing new business, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning yourself as a specialist in the supply chain and logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across supply chain and logistics roles
• Drive business development, winning new clients and expanding existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
• Grow and manage your own desk with a clear focus on revenue generation and profitability
• Identify market opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-calibre candidates
• Manage the interview, offer, and onboarding process
• Stay informed on industry trends, talent pipelines, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities across key accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline tracking

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or industrial sectors
• Strong track record in business development, sales, and client acquisition
• Highly commercial mindset with a passion for growth and performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
