Chef de Partie

Location: Tipperary (15km from Limerick / 15km from Limerick City Centre)
Salary: €35,000 per annum + benefits

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Tipperary, ideally located just 15km from Limerick and Limerick City Centre.

The Chef de Partie will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high standards. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring quality, presentation, and service excellence at all times.

Our client is a reputable hospitality venue known for its commitment to quality cuisine and exceptional guest experience. The kitchen operates with a dedicated team of 5 chefs and 2 Kitchen Porters, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for your designated section within the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Assist in menu preparation and development where required
  • Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
  • Maintain stock control and minimise waste within your section
  • Ensure all dishes are delivered on time and to specification

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Must have experience in Hospitality
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided
