Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are expanding our Hospitality & Facilities Management division and are seeking an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in both North Dublin and Nass Offices
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where your expertise, ideas, and ambition are truly valued. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across corporate offices, commercial buildings, healthcare environments, and private sector organisations.
This role is not just about filling roles – it’s about building and growing a specialist division. Business development will be a key part of your success, as you develop new client relationships, win new business, and expand existing accounts across the hospitality and facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality and facilities management roles
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Grow and manage your own desk with a strong focus on revenue generation
- Write and advertise roles across multiple platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Stay up to date with market trends, client needs, and talent pipelines
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve targets and support key accounts
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
About You
- Proven recruitment experience (hospitality, facilities, or service sectors preferred)
- Strong track record in business development and winning new clients
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a focus on results and growth
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Ambitious and motivated to grow a successful desk
