Duty Manager – Roscommon
Salary: €38,000 per annum

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will act as a leader on shift, supporting all departments and ensuring a seamless guest experience at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Lead, motivate, and support team members on shift
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
• Support departmental managers to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
• Assist with staff training and development

Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
