Hotel Bar Manager

Noel Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Bars Manager on behalf of a well-established luxury hotel in County Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy bars department, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

The Bars Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of the hotel‘s bar operations, ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining strong financial and stock controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hotel management in the daily running of the bars department
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service
• Monitor and work towards achieving departmental financial targets (GOP)
• Liaise with third-party stock takers and accounts teams to investigate and resolve any stock or cash variances
• Maintain strict stock control and security procedures
• Oversee service standards, teamwork, and interdepartmental communication
• Conduct regular stock and inventory checks (including glassware and supplies)
• Ensure all goods and services are properly signed for and recorded
• Monitor and control all cash and credit transactions
• Assist with staff rostering in line with business needs and budgets

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
