Foreman – Limerick

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 + Benefits

Take Control of Site Delivery on High-Profile Projects

A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on projects across Limerick. This is a key leadership role for someone who can drive quality, safety, and programme delivery on busy sites.

The Role

• Manage daily site operations, supervising trades and coordinating all on-site activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with drawings and specifications
• Lead subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining productivity and site standards
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and report effectively to Site Management
• Support planning, sequencing, and site logistics to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role within construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution
• Safe Pass and relevant site certifications required
