General Manager – Contract Catering
Dungarvan | €55,000 | Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Catering industry to search for a General Manager in Dungarvan.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established contract catering operation serving approximately 400 customers daily with a team of 15 staff. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the site, ensuring high standards across service delivery, team performance, and financial control.

Our client is a leading contract catering provider known for delivering high-quality food services within corporate environments, with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and client satisfaction.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume contract catering site
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 staff members
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and customer service standards
• Manage financial performance including budgets, labour costs, and food margins
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company policies
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the site
• Coordinate menus, stock control, and supplier relationships

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing high-volume food service operations
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €55,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
