Chef de Partie – West Cork (Kinsale Area) – €18+ per hour

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join a quality‑focused kitchen in West Cork, close to Kinsale. This role suits someone who takes pride in their food, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a strong professional team.

Pay: From €18 per hour

Location: West Cork (near Kinsale)

Transport: Driving licence/ own car preferred due to location

• A good, experienced chef with solid CDP skills
• Someone who can run their section confidently
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen standards
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and busy periods
• Reliable and committed, we want someone who cares about quality

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes to a consistent standard
• Maintain full control of your section
• Support senior chefs during busy service
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the kitchen
• Contribute ideas and help maintain high food standards
