Chef de Partie Opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity for driven chefs to progress their careers within well-established kitchens known for quality, creativity, and high standards.

Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in food standards and presentation
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements of a Chef De Partie:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong collaborator with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
