Civil Site Agent / Engineer – Dublin & Surrounding Areas
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure, utilities, and groundworks projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.
This is a key hire for the business and would suit an experienced Site Agent, Senior Engineer or strong Site Supervisor ready to step up, who wants ownership on projects, long-term stability, and real progression within a supportive and well-structured team.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of civil projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where you will be leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and acting as the main point of contact on-site.
Having experience working on or leading Civil Water projects is a huge plus and a skill that is highly sought after in this position.
Key Responsibilities

Manage site operations across civil, utility and infrastructure works

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and material deliveries

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec

Liaise with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders

Review drawings and support design coordination where required

Maintain high standards across health & safety, quality, and documentation
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Site Agent, Civil Engineer, or Senior Site Supervisor

Strong background in civils, utilities, drainage or groundworks

Ability to read drawings and manage multiple workstreams on-site

Good communication skills and ability to drive site performance

Full clean driving licence
-
Engineering qualification beneficial but not essential
