Senior Duty Manager – 4 Property*
Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Salary: €40,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Duty Manager in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

As Senior Duty Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth departmental coordination. You will support senior management while leading front-line teams, driving service standards, and maintaining operational excellence across all departments.

This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments

  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain high performance and morale

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues professionally

  • Ensure all service standards and brand expectations are consistently met

  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance management

  • Monitor health & safety compliance and operational procedures

  • Support senior management with reporting, rostering, and operational planning

  • Drive revenue opportunities and cost control initiatives


Requirements

  • Must have experience in hospitality

  • Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided
