Supervisor – Hospitality
Location: Parkmore West Business Park, Galway
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Supervisor to join their team in Parkmore West Business Park, Galway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within a busy and well-established food service operation. The position offers a Monday to Friday daytime schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance compared to traditional hospitality roles.

Our client is a well-respected organisation known for delivering high-quality food service and customer experience within a corporate environment. They are seeking a hands-on supervisor with strong barista experience and a positive attitude who can support daily operations while leading and motivating the team.

As Supervisor, you will support the daily running of the café/food service operation, ensuring smooth service, high-quality coffee standards, and excellent customer experience.

You will lead by example on the floor, assist with team supervision, maintain service standards, and ensure the operation runs efficiently during busy service periods. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while mentoring and supporting team members.

The Duties

• Supervise the daily operation of the food service area.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.

• Support the management team with staff supervision and team coordination.

• Train and guide team members on service standards and coffee preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily operational checks.

• Ensure the service area is organised and operating efficiently during peak periods.

The Must Requirements

• Must have experience in hospitality.

• Barista experience is essential.

• Must have experience in a similar role.

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
