Job Title: Chef
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef to join their culinary team in Ennis, Co. Clare.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations while delivering consistently high-quality dishes to guests.

As a Chef, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations and consistency in food quality and presentation.

This role is ideal for a chef who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional hospitality environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications.

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising food waste.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

• Support senior chefs with menu preparation and kitchen organisation.

• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Passion for food quality and attention to detail.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
