Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team in Ennis, Co. Clare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef with a luxury hospitality background to join a high-end property known for its commitment to exceptional cuisine, premium ingredients, and outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in leading a professional kitchen team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Duties

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality.

• Supervise and support the kitchen team during service.

• Assist in menu development, ensuring seasonal and high-quality ingredients are utilised.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and waste control to manage kitchen costs.

• Train, mentor, and develop junior members of the kitchen team.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Ensure all dishes are delivered consistently to the highest standard.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career into a Sous Chef position.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a kitchen team.

• Passion for high-quality cuisine and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
