Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: €40,000 per annum

Introduction

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their team in Ennis, Co. Clare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy Food & Beverage department within a well-established property. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring service standards, team performance, and financial targets are consistently achieved.

You will work closely with senior management and kitchen leadership to drive service quality, maximise revenue opportunities, and maintain a positive working environment for the team.

Key Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the property.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure consistent high standards of food and beverage service.

  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance.

  • Monitor departmental budgets, costs, and revenue targets.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to enhance the guest dining experience.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to support their professional growth.

  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Contribute to the development of promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

  • Must have experience in hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career into an F&B Manager position.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • Passion for delivering high standards of service and guest experience.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
