The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join their flagship property in the heart of Dublin 2.

As the HR Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the property’s people operations. This is a hands-on, generalist role where you will balance strategic planning with the daily hustle of a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will lead the charge in fostering a high-performance culture, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring the team delivers the world-class service our client is known for.

The Duties

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing high-volume seasonal and core staffing needs, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Acting as a trusted advisor to department heads and staff, resolving grievances, and managing performance reviews.

  • Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices strictly adhere to Irish Employment Law and WRC standards.

  • Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training to maintain service standards.

  • Payroll & Admin: Overseeing the HRIS, managing leave, and collaborating with finance on monthly payroll processing.

  • Culture Lead: Driving employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a HR role specifically within the hospitality or service sector is essential.

  • Career Level: You must currently be in a similar role or be a Senior HR Generalist/Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career.

  • Local Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law.

  • Right to Work: You must currently be living in Ireland and possess the full, unrestricted right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Logistics: Please note that Visa Sponsorship and Relocation packages are not provided for this position.
