Job Mission

The Floor Manager will work closely with the GM in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant floor service including but not limited to scheduling of shifts, inventory management, financial reporting and customer service

· Brainstorm promotional ideas with management

· Monitor customer Traffic Flow and seating capacity to ensure maximum profitability

· Ensure BFI customer service experience is up to standards at all times

Formal Education and Training

· 1 years restaurant management experience

· 1 years customer service management experience

· Awareness of manual handling techniques

· Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety

· Experience of restaurant equipment

· Understandable level of English spoken and written

· Experience with Open Table
