Project Manager | Dublin | Executive Package

The Opportunity

The Noel Group is exclusively partnering with one of Ireland’s most respected Tier 2 Main Contractors to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a major apartment development in Dublin.

This role requires a proven professional who has successfully delivered apartment developments valued at €25M+ in Ireland and can demonstrate a strong Irish project management track record managing large residential schemes from inception through to completion.

This is a key hire for a contractor known for delivering technically complex projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The Role

Full Project Ownership
Manage the complete project lifecycle from initial site mobilisation through to successful project completion and handover.

Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Design Teams, Subcontractors, and Senior Management.

Programme & Delivery Management
Drive the RFI process, lead coordination meetings, chair design workshops, and manage weekly work programmes to ensure programme milestones are achieved.

Commercial Oversight
Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager to ensure the project programme aligns with commercial and budget objectives.

Safety & Quality Leadership
Promote and maintain a “Zero Harm” Health & Safety culture while ensuring the highest standards of construction quality.

Requirements

Apartment Project Experience
Candidates must have successfully delivered apartment developments in Ireland with project values exceeding €25M.

Irish Project Management Track Record
A strong and demonstrable track record delivering projects within the Irish construction market is essential.

Legal Working Status
Applicants must have full legal working rights in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, or a trade background with significant Project Management experience.

Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership ability with excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
