The Noel Group is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to join a high-performing culinary team in a luxury hospitality environment known for its exceptional food standards and guest experience.

This role would suit a passionate chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, maintaining high standards, and developing their career within a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie :

  • Take responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen during service
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently before service
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain strict HACCP and food safety standards at all times
  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff where required

Requirements of a Chef De Partie :

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality hotel or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work well in a busy professional kitchen environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures
