We are recruiting a floor manager on behalf of a premium gastropub, renowned for their high quality food, stylish interior and extensive drinks collection.

They are looking for someone with excellent operational and supervisory experience who can ensure that all customers receive a memorable experience while also running the team with efficiency and high levels of motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations, including opening and closing routines
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, food safety standards, and employment regulations
  • Maintain high service standards and address customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist with promotions, events, and seasonal menu initiatives
  • Handle cash management, POS balancing, and operational reporting
  • Minimum requirements
    Very good staff management, supervisory experience
  • Ability to seamlessly work alongside head chef, bar manager and GM
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and during busy periods
  • Stable work history with a track record of success in a similar role
