Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Chef de Partie for an exceptional dining establishment in Ennis, Co. Clare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and career-driven chef to join a high-end culinary team delivering an outstanding dining experience. The successful candidate will work closely with senior chefs to maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.

  • Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.

  • Ensure all food preparation meets the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.

  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff where required.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment at all times.

  • Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal offerings.

Requirements to be Considered

  • A luxury hotel or a Michelin-starred kitchen background is essential.

  • Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.

  • Strong knowledge of professional kitchen operations and high-end food preparation.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard culinary environment.

  • Passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and innovation.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
