The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dynamic Sales & Events Executive in Dublin.

This is a dual-focus role designed for a high-achiever who thrives on both the thrill of the “win” and the precision of event execution. You will be responsible for driving revenue across both race day and non-race day business, soliciting new meeting and event opportunities, and organically growing a portfolio of existing key accounts.

Reporting directly to the Sales and Events Manager, you will be the face of the venue, ensuring every client journey-from the initial pitch to the final curtain call-is seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and target specific market segments to deliver and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Seek and follow leads through the entire cycle-from prospecting and client visits to contract negotiations and closing.

  • Maintain and develop a robust database of customers using Salesforce/Delphi, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Represent the venue at networking events, trade shows, and client evenings to build industry presence.

  • Issue invoices, manage deposit collection, and follow up on payments diligently.

  • Lead the successful delivery of events from the initial enquiry through to completion and post-event follow-up.

  • Communicate event details and “BEOs” (Banquet Event Orders) clearly to all internal departments to ensure flawless execution.

  • Maintain a master calendar of events with high attention to detail.

  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and reactive enquiry monitoring via phone and email.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a proactive sales environment (Hotel, Venue, or Agency background is essential).

  • Advanced written and verbal English with an enthusiastic, approachable personality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.

  • A creative problem-solver who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a high standard of customer service.

  • A Diploma-level qualification in Business or Hospitality is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must have proven experience within the Hospitality sector.

  • Must have experience in a similar role or be a high-performing coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.

  • Must hold a Full, Clean Driving Licence and have access to their own car for travel between venues Leopardstown, Fairyhouse and The Curragh

  • Must currently live in Ireland and possess the legal right to work (Stamp 4 or EU Passport). Note: Visa sponsorship or relocation packages are not provided.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (5 days over 7) to meet event requirements.


Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €37,000 per annum.
