The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an energetic and operationally minded Assistant General Manager for a high-volume, premium burger destination in the heart of Cork City.
As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant hums with efficiency and energy. This is a floor-focused leadership role where you will drive service standards, manage a diverse front-of-house team, and ensure every guest leaves with a “best-in-class” impression. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the “vibe” while keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.

The Duties

Operational Excellence: Managing daily floor operations, ensuring food quality and service speed meet brand standards.

Team Leadership: Training, motivating, and supervising a team of 15+ staff members.

Financial Oversight: Assisting with stock control, wastage management, and hitting weekly labor targets.

Health & Safety: Maintaining strict HACCP and health and safety standards across the venue.

Customer Experience: Handling guest feedback with grace and ensuring a high-energy dining environment.

Admin Support: Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and cash handling procedures.
The Must Requirements

Hospitality Pedigree: Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (ideally casual dining or high-volume bars).

Career Readiness: You must currently be in an AGM role or be a strong Supervisor/Floor Manager ready to take the next step in your career.

Location & Eligibility: You must currently be living in Ireland and hold the full, legal right to work in the ROI.

Logistics: Please note that Visa Sponsorship and Relocation packages are NOT provided.

Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including late nights and weekends.
