The Noel Group is proud to be partnering with one of Dublin’s most exciting venues, to recruit a Head Chef to oversee their kitchen operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a respected venue known for delivering traditional Irish cuisine with a modern, elevated touch. The restaurant has built a strong reputation for quality ingredients, refined presentation, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We are seeking a Head Chef who is passionate about Irish produce, seasonality, and maintaining high culinary standards while driving consistency and team performance.
Responsibilities of a Head Chef:
- Leading and developing a structured kitchen team
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Menu development rooted in traditional Irish cuisine with a modern approach
- Managing food costs, GP, and supplier relationships
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and kitchen budgeting
- Ensuring HACCP compliance and food safety standards
- Driving a positive, professional kitchen culture
Requirements for a Head Chef:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong background in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
- Passion for Irish ingredients and seasonal menu planning
- Solid financial understanding (food cost control, labour management)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to perform in a busy city-centre environment
Benefits of the role:
- Salary €55,000 – €65,000 depending on experience
