Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000-€36,000

Our client is a well-established FMCG distribution business operating multiple food- handling environments across wholesale and retail channels.

This role will support food safety compliance across several operational sites and departments, ensuring HACCP systems are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HACCP systems across multiple operational areas
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections
• Manage food safety documentation and compliance records
• Support product withdrawal and recall procedures
• Deliver food safety training to operational teams
• Identify compliance risks and implement preventative actions
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when required

Requirements

• 2+ years’ food safety experience
• Strong HACCP knowledge
• Experience in multi-department or multi-site environments
• Internal auditing experience
• Food-related qualification
• Full clean driving licence
