M&E Lead – Dublin

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Lead to oversee technical facilities management operations within a large commercial campus environment in Dublin. Reporting to the Account Director, this role will lead all mechanical, electrical and technical FM activities, ensuring assets are commissioned, maintained and operated in line with best industry practice and client standards.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position combining operational oversight, team management, compliance responsibility and sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all PPM, reactive works and technical projects from both operational and financial perspectives.

Act as technical lead across mechanical, electrical, civil and life safety systems, ensuring commissioning, handover and maintenance standards are met.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal technical teams, including recruitment, development and performance oversight.

Review technical submittals, attend design team meetings and ensure compliance with statutory, HSE and contractual requirements.

Oversee CAFM updates, maintenance documentation, risk management, sustainability reporting and energy efficiency initiatives.
Additional Duties

Act as primary engineering escalation point and single point of contact for Salesforce.

Ensure structured handover of fitout assets, including review of all documentation and warranty compliance.

Develop and implement detailed maintenance programmes based on manufacturer and statutory requirements.

Support crisis management, sustainability targets and KPI performance across the site.

Promote Goal Zero culture and enforce safe working practices at all times.
Candidate Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-graduate experience.

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary services teams on large-scale commercial projects.

Strong understanding of BIM, design drawings and technical documentation.

Excellent communication, IT and report writing skills.
Desirable Experience
-
Asset management (planned & reactive maintenance, CAFM systems).
-
Financial and commercial awareness.
-
People management and team development experience.
