Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Assistant
Location: Cork
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: €37,500 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Maintenance Assistant for a well-established hotel in Cork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional within hospitality – or someone ready to step up into a more structured role – offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule.

The Hotel Maintenance Assistant will support the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring all facilities, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to a high standard of safety, presentation, and functionality.

The Duties

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel property.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and breakdowns.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.

• Maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard of safety and appearance.

• Monitor and report any health & safety risks or defects.

• Support external contractors when required.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and plant rooms are kept in good order.

• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality maintenance.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
