Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Limerick
Salary: €34,000 per annum
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Housekeeping Manager for a well-established 70-bedroom hotel in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who is ready to step up into their first management role. The position focuses solely on housekeeping operations, managing a team of 7 staff members.
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently delivered throughout the property.
The Duties

Manage and lead the housekeeping team of 7 staff, including rota planning and daily task allocation.

Ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas meet brand and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.

Manage stock levels of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

Train, develop, and motivate the housekeeping team.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Work closely with the General Manager and Front Office team to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest queries and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered

Must have experience in hospitality housekeeping.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career from a supervisory position.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
