Bar Manager – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and develop the bar team, control stock and costs, and ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive, professional team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, opening and closing procedures

• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and employment legislation

• Monitor service standards and resolve customer issues professionally

• Support promotions, events, and seasonal menu development

• Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation, and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Supervisor

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Excellent knowledge of licensing and health & safety regulations

• Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and team performance

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
