The Role
We are currently hiring an experienced Civil Site Agent / Engineer for a leading civil construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and utilities projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven site professional looking for long-term work, strong support from senior management, and clear responsibility across project delivery from start to finish. You will lead site teams, coordinate key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of civil projects, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, material deliveries and work schedules.

Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders while providing clear project updates.

Review drawings, support design adjustments and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

Maintain strong HSQE standards, traffic management controls and project documentation.
Candidate Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Site Agent, Civils Site Supervisor, Civil Engineer or similar within civil construction.

Strong background in civils, utilities or drainage works.

Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple site activities.

Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.

Full clean driving licence required; engineering qualification advantageous.
