Pre Construction Manager

Location: Dublin | Cork | Limerick (site travel required)
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Role

Noel Group is partnering with a leading contractor operating across Ireland to recruit an experienced Pre-Construction Manager. This is a key role responsible for driving projects through the pre-construction phase, ensuring all planning, design, and technical elements are fully coordinated before handover to site teams.

This opportunity would suit a construction professional who enjoys working at the front end of projects and collaborating closely with design, estimating and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full pre-construction process from tender award through to site handover

• Coordinate design development, procurement planning, and technical reviews

• Lead value engineering and buildability reviews to support project efficiency

• Prepare and manage pre-construction programmes, risk registers, and project documentation

• Facilitate client and design team meetings to ensure smooth transition into delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in pre-construction, project management, or a senior technical construction role

• Strong understanding of construction methods, planning processes, and design coordination

• Ability to interpret drawings, technical information, and contract documentation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
